    E-Heads – A new generation of drilling heads

    We have introduced our new electric drilling heads – the EURODRILL E-Heads – in order to help drive the energy transition forward. In an effort to increase efficiency here, we decided to forgo the use of components such as hydraulic pumps and motors. E-Heads are available for large drilling rigs and for anchor drilling rigs.

    Advantages:

    • No emissions onsite
    • Very quiet operation
    • Speed measurement included
    • High variability for system parameters. Thanks to an integrated intelligent motor control unit, these parameters can be measured at any time (including measurements that result from monitoring the condition of the drilling tool).
