Together with their instructors, all trainees from the 1st through the 3rd year of training went on a fun-filled field trip to the go-kart track.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There, the participants engaged in exciting races and were able to demonstrate their driving skills. Besides having a lot of fun, the focus was primarily on the exchange between the different training years and the shared experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the exciting races, we went for a meal together. Trainees and trainers brought the successful day to a close in a relaxed atmosphere, exchanged ideas and strengthened team cohesion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The trainee day is an important part of our training and offers the opportunity to grow together as a team away from everyday working life.
