Career Exploration Days at Olpe-Drolshagen Secondary School

As part of the career orientation days at the secondary school Olpe-Drolshagen, we were present directly on site at the school along with other regional companies. There we had the opportunity to present our apprenticeships and give the students insights into our company.

In personal conversations, the young people were able to learn more about different career profiles, ask questions and get a better idea of the requirements and opportunities. The focus was on direct exchange and provided valuable guidance for the professional future.

Such events are an essential part for us to establish contacts with potential young professionals at an early stage and to support young people in their career decisions.
