Inhouse Drilling Head Technology EURODRILL
C-Motors

THE NEW STANDARD

Experience and innovative strength have brought forth this effective motor concept. Based on the idea of operating independently of the market and providing customized innovation, this patented motor concept was developed inhouse as a core component of the drilling head systems. Following an intensive testing phase, C-motors will be installed as standard starting in 2025 and have replaced the Two Speed Geroler motors at EURODRILL.

Established on the market, they bring increased efficiency and a greater torque and speed range. As a result of reduced fuel consumption, they contribute to saving costs and CO₂ emissions.

ADVANTAGES

Advantages over standard head systems on the market:

Significantly reduced fuel consumption

Significant reduction of CO₂ emissions

Stepless speed adjustment

Up to 50% higher speed

Higher power input of up to 106 KW possible

Significant increase in efficiency compared to conventional Geroler motors

Less wear on the drive train of the drilling rig

Lower heat generation in the hydraulic system
