In Copenhagen, the Nordhavn Tunnel is creating a new connection between Østerbro and the growing urban development area of Nordhavn. The project strengthens the infrastructure of a former port and industrial area that is being transformed into a modern residential and business district.
As part of Denmark’s largest anchoring project to date, around 5,000 wall anchors and approximately 1,000 vertical ground anchors are being installed. This requires high performance, availability and process reliability over extended periods of operation.
Five EURODRILL RH32X drilling heads featuring the latest EURODRILL motor technology are being used. The project demonstrates what EURODRILL stands for: high-performance drilling technology, reliable partnerships and solutions that perform even when projects involve large drilling volumes.
Large drilling volumes, reliably implemented.
